Please read the following carefully. Your use of the skmpujastore.co.in web site and purchase of products (or services) from us means that you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Shopping with skmpujastore.co.in
- You can Order Products in the following ways online via this website .When you place an Order for a Product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
- When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email.
- Even after acceptance skmpujastore.co.in reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply products if circumstances arise making it reasonable to do so and to change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Price
- The price for each product is shown on skmpujastore.co.in includes GST at current rate.
- The price of each product shown does not include delivery cost which is discussed below. We always try to make sure that the prices on skmpujastore.co.in are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
- You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.
- If an item is bought during a sale, and a refund is later required on this item you will be refunded the sale price only for a return that is accepted by us
Payment
- You must pay for your Order before it is shipped. You can do so by credit card or debit card subject to the conditions set forth below
Credit Card
- Orders may be processed online VISA and MasterCard credit cards and Visa and Mastercard debit cards only are accepted. We aim to assess charges to your credit card or debit money from your debit card within one working day after receiving your order.
- To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet. All payments are done securely through google checkout.
- Your credit/debit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.
- All order details and invoices will be sent to the credit/ debit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the order differs.
Availability
We try to keep skmpujastore.co.in as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that any particular product will always be available. If we can’t supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.
All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it, or provide the opportunity to choose an alternative / similar item.
Delivery
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically when you select the manner of payment and before you submit your credit/ debit card details.
popatstores.co.uk aims to deliver products within 7 working days in most circumstances, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time that we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by courier take 7 working days, some parcels may take longer to be delivered. We cannot refund until goods are returned or declared lost.
Orders are dispatched either by courier service. If sending by courier, the couriers require a signature so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products.
If an order is declared lost by courier after 2 weeks, we will send a replacement out.
Please order from skmpujastore.co.in with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be responsible for this.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual Property
Sale of a product ordered on skmpujastore.co.in does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.

Refunds

We are unable to accept returns of any items, which have been used or worn, unless they can be shown to have been defective when received by you.
Unwanted Products
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with popatstores.co.uk . If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it, with the dispatch note, unused, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with packaging and all components, for a full refund within 30 working days.
We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
You will have to pay for the return postage of the products, which must be by registered post, except as we may direct otherwise, as discussed in the section below on “Returning Unwanted and Faulty Products”
We do not refund the cost of the original delivery charge or return postage charge on returned merchandise unless the merchandise is proved to be faulty at the time when they were first delivered to you

We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt such as registered post.
Faulty Products
We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 3 days of receipt, by registered post.
